In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Salesforce platform to support the global needs of our growing business. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to enhance user experience and drive efficiency. Additionally, you will manage user access, security settings, and data integrity while providing training and support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce across the organization.
