About the position

As a Salesforce Administrator at Formlabs, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our global sales and service organization. Your primary responsibility will be to own the implementation and management of Salesforce for our customer team, ensuring that our sales and service teams can leverage the platform to its fullest potential. You will be tasked with delivering innovative solutions by designing and implementing new functionalities and business processes using standard Salesforce features such as validation rules, formula fields, and workflows. Additionally, you will utilize declarative automation tools like flows and processes, as well as third-party applications from AppExchange, to streamline operations and improve productivity. In this role, you will also support existing automations by reviewing bug requests, troubleshooting issues, and managing daily administration tasks and operational requests from the sales and service teams. Collaboration will be key, as you will partner with various stakeholders and external contractors to perform impact assessments, ensuring that any changes made do not disrupt existing functionalities that teams rely on. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and understand their challenges will be essential in identifying opportunities to enhance our utilization of Salesforce. We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also passionate about problem-solving and improving user experiences. Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation of Salesforce for the customer team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Salesforce administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze business requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Desire to continuously improve Salesforce skills and find creative solutions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with B2B business models (SaaS or hardware).
  • Experience with Apex language.
