In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements, ensuring that the Salesforce platform evolves to meet the changing needs of the business. You will also create reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making, enabling our teams to make informed choices based on data. Additionally, you will perform data management tasks, including data imports, exports, and cleansing, to maintain the integrity of our data. Providing technical support and training to Salesforce users will also be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all team members are equipped to use the platform effectively. Responsibilities

• Customize and maintain Salesforce platform to meet business needs

Requirements

• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and configuration
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and T-SQL
• Familiarity with Pegasystems is a plus
• Strong understanding of computer networking principles
• Experience working with RAID controllers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
