We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will be excited to help us improve the way we use Salesforce across our global sales & service organization. You are motivated to support and enable partner teams by streamlining workflows, tools, and reporting to drive higher productivity and sales growth. You are excited to understand the challenges that our GTM organization faces and how to identify opportunities to improve our utilization of Salesforce to address these problems. You are looking forward to working with various stakeholders across Systems, Sales, Marketing, and Services to identify and manage our CRM. The Job: Own the implementation of Salesforce for the customer team with a firm understanding of how our sales and service teams use Salesforce. Deliver solutions by designing and implementing new functionality business processes using standard Salesforce functions like validation rules, formula fields, workflows etc., declarative automation tools like flows and processes and third party applications provided on and outside of AppExchange as applicable. Support existing automations (review bug requests, troubleshoot issues), and manage daily administration tasks and operational requests from sales and service teams. Partner with stakeholders and external contractors to perform impact assessment; ensure changes don't break existing functionality that teams rely on; guide change deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation of Salesforce for the customer team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Salesforce administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze business requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Desire to constantly improve Salesforce skills and find creative solutions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with B2B business models (SaaS or hardware).
  • Experience with Apex language.
