About the position

The Salesforce Administrator at Prime Capital Financial is responsible for the overall development, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform across the firm. This role involves managing data migrations, optimizing existing processes, and implementing new builds to enhance organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work independently to define requirements, build, test, implement, and document solutions, all while aligning with the corporate strategy and ensuring user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing end-user support including access requests, reports, and issue resolution.
  • Capture and translate business requirements into Salesforce best practices and solutions.
  • Understand various business needs and recommend automation of processes through collaboration with business partners.
  • Maintain and improve existing user roles, profiles, and security settings.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Design, build, test, document, and deploy enhancements to Salesforce.
  • Monitor Salesforce's roadmap and community for beneficial features.
  • Maintain all environments including documentation and configurations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and ensure optimal user efficiency.
  • Drive user adoption and satisfaction through training and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop executive and operational dashboards.
  • Implement a change management process for governance over releases.
  • Prepare and present clear business and technical analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or an analytical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience.
  • Proficient with Excel, including charts, functions, tables, and pivot tables.
  • Experience as a business analyst or project manager is preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot and integrating AppExchange packages is preferred.
