About the position
The Salesforce Administrator at John Foy and Associates is responsible for configuring and implementing Salesforce solutions based on specifications provided by team members. This role requires a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its capabilities, and use cases, along with a Salesforce Administrator certification. The ideal candidate will engage in discovery meetings, collaborate with project managers, and develop documentation for Salesforce projects.
Responsibilities
- Attend discovery meetings to assist in gathering requirements and designing custom solutions that use Salesforce components, apps, and integrations.
- Interface with internal and external Project Managers and stakeholders to estimate, task, and build custom Salesforce functionality.
- Create Configuration Workbooks for all Salesforce implementations.
- Develop other documentation for Salesforce projects, including How-To Documentation, User Guides, Testing Guides, and more.
- Implement Salesforce custom fields and objects.
- Build Process Builders and Flows for custom Salesforce solutions.
- Creation of lightning pages and quick actions.
- Building reports and dashboards.
- Install and configure 3rd party applications.
Requirements
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Linux
- Mid-level experience with operating systems
