About the position

The Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the modernization of the loan origination tool for a Fortune 200 manufacturing company. This position requires extensive experience in Salesforce administration, ensuring successful integration and upgrades, and providing training and support to end-users. The role is primarily onsite in Bellevue, WA, with a flexible work arrangement after the initial period.

Responsibilities

• Support the modernization of the loan origination tool using Salesforce.
• Administer and maintain Salesforce systems, ensuring successful upgrades and integrations.
• Create and manage Salesforce profiles, roles, and access permissions.
• Import data and generate reports within Salesforce.
• Coordinate Salesforce releases and updates.
• Provide training and end-user support for Salesforce functionalities.
• Oversee the Salesforce project implementation team and data lake.

Requirements

• Salesforce certified administrator with extensive experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities.
• Experience in administering and maintaining Salesforce systems.
• Proficiency in creating profiles, managing access, and generating reports.
• Ability to coordinate Salesforce releases and provide user training.
• Understanding of Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with OmniStudio Administration and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with DevOps, GitHub, and deployment best practices.
