About the position

The Salesforce Administrator at Reef Capital Partners will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to enhance business operations. This role requires a certified Salesforce Administrator with experience in project management and integration, particularly with DocuSign. The position involves overseeing daily operations, customizing Salesforce to meet business needs, and providing user support and training.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of the Salesforce instance, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Tailor Salesforce to meet business needs by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Set up and manage integrations with DocuSign, streamlining workflows for contract management and electronic signatures.
  • Provide support to users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data imports/exports.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to optimize Salesforce for lead generation, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead Salesforce-related projects, from requirement gathering to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Work with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years managing Salesforce for small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Experience setting up and managing integrations, particularly with DocuSign.
  • Understanding of sales processes, business development strategies, and related reporting needs.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization, data management, and integration tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
