About the position

The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce environments, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of the organization. This role requires a strong background in Salesforce administration, particularly with Sales and Service Cloud, and involves working onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL for 2-3 days a week. The position is a contract role with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce environments to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide support and training to users on Salesforce best practices.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance system capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce administration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Advanced Salesforce Admin Certification is highly preferred unless extensive experience is demonstrated.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud is required.
