About the position

The Salesforce Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting user onboarding and retraining, creating dashboards, and maintaining customer records. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, advanced CRM analytics, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 products to enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support technical activities related to onboarding and retraining of users.
  • Showcase Salesforce functionality as part of user onboarding.
  • Evaluate teams to determine what Salesforce functionalities meet business needs and how they can be deployed.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce Platform lead to execute change management plans.
  • Create initial dashboards for teams to drive their new processes and train superusers on how to maintain them.
  • Load user ids into account teams and develop a system to update this information regularly.
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for all technical requests related to strategic plans.
  • Develop dashboard and reports for teams to drive data accuracy activities.
  • Manage utilization dashboard based on Salesforce industry metrics.
  • Submit Azure stories to product owner and Digital Technology as bugs are identified and changes needed for teams to adopt Salesforce.
  • Manage mass load of archive data from spreadsheet/documents into Salesforce.
  • Clean up account structure and subsequence data for top customers.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Customer Service, capable of effectively addressing and resolving user queries and concerns.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Capable of Reporting and Training staff on various company systems and procedures.
  • Strong Planning skills, with a knack for organizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in Onboarding new clients and staff members.
  • Proficiency in using Spreadsheets for data organization and analysis.
  • Experience in Metric Reporting and Strategic Planning to drive business growth.
  • Ability to Execute tasks efficiently and manage Change within the organization.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Azure, and ability to Create Dashboards for data visualization.
  • Experience in Bug Tracking and SharePoint Administration.
  • Ability to manage User Accounts and IDS for internal and external users.
  • Experience in Application Support, specifically in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Customer Contracts and ability to understand and implement contract terms.
  • Experience in Scaling operations to meet growing business demands.
  • Knowledge of the Aerospace industry would be a plus.
  • Experience with Data Loading, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data within the system.
