This role is crucial in maintaining system health by performing regular backups, upgrades, and security reviews. Additionally, the Salesforce Administrator will provide ongoing user support by troubleshooting technical issues and answering questions, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and a strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users. Experience with government projects is a plus, and candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance, and candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background investigation. The candidate must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the capability to document details of completed work effectively.
