About the position

Coastal Debt Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, and a strong understanding of its best practices and functionalities. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and optimization of our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our business. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our Salesforce system, which is essential for our operations in providing personalized business debt relief and empowering businesses to regain financial stability. In this position, you will create and manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets. You will also build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows, ensuring that the Salesforce platform is tailored to our specific business needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, as you will gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with our operational goals. Additionally, you will manage operational requests and reporting, troubleshoot issues, and assist both internal and external users. Staying up to date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends is essential. You will conduct regular system audits to identify and mitigate potential security risks, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company guidelines. Sharing your knowledge and experience with team members will also be an important part of your role, as you refine concepts and conclusions to enhance our Salesforce usage.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows, including custom fields, Lightning pages, and Lightning components.
  • Manage licensing requests and assignments in collaboration with the team.
  • Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to legal standards and company guidelines.
  • Work with the leadership team to establish suitable processes to support admin and ongoing project-driven opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage operational requests and reporting, including customer analysis and troubleshooting for internal and external users.
  • Stay informed of Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, recommending improvements and optimizations as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Share information, knowledge, and experience with other team members.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration and administration, including a deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, workflow rules, and custom objects.
  • Proven strong organizational and project management skills, able to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce is a plus.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $94,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Full-time position with an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday.
