About the position

Endotronix is an innovative medical device company focused on transforming the treatment of heart failure, a chronic condition where the heart struggles to pump enough blood to support the body. The company’s flagship product, the Cordella Heart Failure System (CHFS), includes proactive management tools designed for best practice care and early detection of worsening heart failure. These tools not only enhance patient quality of life but also aim to reduce hospital admissions and healthcare costs. The Salesforce Administrator will be a key member of the growing Business Systems team, playing a crucial role in supporting the commercial launch of the Cordella system and managing ongoing clinical trials. This position involves managing, optimizing, and validating the Salesforce Health Cloud platform to adapt to the evolving needs of the business. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for user and license management, providing end-user support, maintaining training materials, ensuring data integrity, and building reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights. Additionally, the role includes identifying and implementing system and process improvements, designing new functionalities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory activities related to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes and operational procedures, enabling them to assist in decision-making and process improvements. They will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, conduct testing, and create proper procedures, ensuring that the Salesforce platform meets the needs of the organization effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support, helping to troubleshoot and resolve user issues and inquiries.
  • Create and maintain training materials, as needed.
  • Ensure the quality and data integrity of the Salesforce platform and backup platforms.
  • Build effective reports and dashboards to deliver business insights, drive operational processes, and provide leadership visibility to the data.
  • Assist in the identification and implementation of systems and process improvements that improve overall performance and technical efficiencies.
  • Responsible for the design and delivery of new functionality to meet business requirements.
  • Perform validation of new product releases.
  • Quickly obtain a solid understanding of business processes and operational procedures within the business to assist in decision making and process improvements.
  • Ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved in defining requirements, testing, and creating the proper procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and compliance activities related to Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification OR Completion of the following Superbadges: Admin Super Set, App Builder Super Set, Flow Administration Superbadge Unit.
  • 3+ years of experience as Salesforce Administrator.
  • Excellent analytical, process management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of individuals throughout the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.
