About the position

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform for our client. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and the ability to support users effectively. The position is onsite in San Francisco and is a long-term contract requiring certification.

Responsibilities

  • Manage profiles, permission sets, and permission set groups.
  • Perform data imports/exports using Data Loader, Import Wizard, and Workbench.
  • Build and manage Record Triggered, Scheduled Trigger, Auto Launched, and Screen Flows.
  • Maintain system documentation and user guides.
  • Monitor ServiceNow tickets for user license management.
  • Execute data loads and ensure data accuracy.
  • Create reports and write simple SQL queries.
  • Manage lead and case assignment processes.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator with relevant certification.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities.
  • Proficiency in data management tools like Data Loader and Workbench.
  • Ability to create and manage Salesforce flows.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Case/Lead Assignment Rules and Shell/Bash scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
