About the position

Concord Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey, with Salesforce as a foundational component. We are heavily invested in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and are expanding our adoption of these products while also undertaking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation. This includes configuring and integrating CPQ, Billing, and other key business systems such as ERP and data warehouses. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and hands-on, with a passion for building scalable, secure, and integrated business applications on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the Salesforce environment, supporting existing applications, and meeting new business requirements with user-friendly and effective applications and customizations. You will collaborate with a diverse team of highly skilled technical professionals, business leaders, and customers to ensure that our Salesforce applications are optimized for performance and usability. Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Billing is not required, but a willingness to learn through mentorship and professional development is highly desirable. Your role will involve supporting the design, development, and integration of Salesforce applications, managing support requests, implementing and testing new features, and ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards. You will also participate in Agile development practices and help maintain change management and release practices for Salesforce and integrated business applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
  • Manage and resolve support requests, including configuration changes and bulk data updates, from the Salesforce user base while exercising appropriate change controls.
  • Help implement, test, and support Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and billing integrations with NetSuite.
  • Rigorously follow and extend security and compliance controls to safeguard data and protect data privacy.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Participate in Agile development practices.
  • Develop and maintain change management and release practices for Salesforce and integrated business applications.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or App Builder certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, Administrator, Developer, or similar role.
  • Experience with software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaborator and team player.

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Billing.
