About the position

The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will support the day-to-day Salesforce needs of the business globally, ensuring operational flow within the Manufacturing supporting Team. This role involves managing user support requests, guiding users on system utilization, and overseeing multiple enhancement projects in an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day Salesforce needs of the business globally to ensure operational flow.
  • Manage user support requests & escalations and respond in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance to users on how to utilize the system to meet their needs.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous enhancement projects and project-related tasks on time within an Agile development process.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo changes, and answer questions about system and improvements.
  • Administer aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
  • Work with IT teams to ensure system integrations are working correctly.
  • Work with Data Integrity Specialist to identify, merge, clean-up data.

Requirements

  • Extensive Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5+ years' of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of databases and enterprise software systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Zoom phone management.
  • Experience with MS SQL.
  • Familiarity with BluJay (preferred not required).
