About the position

The Salesforce & Analytics Support Administrator at VIVA HEALTH is responsible for developing and executing analytical models and utilizing digital tools to support the Sales and Marketing team. This role involves creating and integrating Salesforce dashboards to enhance strategic positioning and outcomes, primarily working remotely with occasional on-site requirements in Alabama.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute analytical models using digital tools.
  • Create and integrate Salesforce dashboards for the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Provide Salesforce end-user support and assist non-technical staff with technical topics.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while tracking deadlines and milestones.
  • Communicate status updates effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Salesforce Administration or other CRM experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills.

Nice-to-haves
