About the position
The Salesforce Administrator will support the Technology Institutional Solutions team at Fisher Investments by managing and evolving the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. This mid-level role involves overseeing various Salesforce initiatives, administering Salesforce instances, and providing training and support to end-users.
Responsibilities
- Oversee various Salesforce initiatives from beginning to end, ensuring implemented solutions effectively meet business needs
- Independently administer Salesforce instances including roles, profiles, sharing rules, flows, and groups
- Maintain and customize Sales Cloud
- Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and troubleshoot issues
- Develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce end-users
- Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
- Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Experience administrating Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Demonstrated skills using process builder, sharing rules, flow, formulas, report, and dashboard building
