About the position

The Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce Experience Cloud will play a pivotal role in leading workstreams on projects that aim to deliver robust Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions. This position requires a seasoned professional with a thorough understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for eliciting and documenting system requirements from clients and stakeholders, ensuring that the solutions developed align with their needs and expectations. In this role, the architect will develop and document comprehensive solution designs and architectures, overseeing configuration and development workstreams focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud. The architect will facilitate client requirements and design sessions, preparing detailed solution architecture and design documentation that serves as a blueprint for the development team. Additionally, the architect will configure Salesforce Experience Cloud to meet client requirements, ensuring that the solutions are not only functional but also optimized for performance and user experience. A key aspect of this role is leadership; the architect will lead and mentor a team of developers and Business Analysts throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities

• Elicit and document system requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and document comprehensive solution designs and architectures.
• Oversee configuration and development workstreams focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Facilitate client requirements and design sessions.
• Prepare detailed solution architecture and design documentation.
• Configure Salesforce Experience Cloud to align with client requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and Business Analysts throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, particularly with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct client requirements and design sessions.
• Expertise in preparing solution architecture and design documentation.
• Proven hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor developers and Business Analysts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry, including business processes and banking technology.
• Experience with designing integrations to and from the Salesforce Platform.
