About the position

West Monroe is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce Experience Cloud. The successful candidate will lead workstreams on projects aimed at delivering robust Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, requiring a thorough understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit and document system requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and document comprehensive solution designs and architectures.
  • Oversee configuration and development workstreams focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Facilitate client requirements and design sessions.
  • Prepare detailed solution architecture and design documentation.
  • Configure Salesforce Experience Cloud to align with client requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and Business Analysts throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, particularly with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct client requirements and design sessions.
  • Expertise in preparing solution architecture and design documentation.
  • Proven hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor developers and Business Analysts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry, including business processes and banking technology.
  • Experience with designing integrations to and from the Salesforce Platform.
