About the position

The Salesforce Architect with Marketing Cloud expertise will be responsible for assessing the internal applications currently utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role involves a thorough investigation and analysis of how Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Sales MC) integrates with other systems, as well as evaluating the functionalities of Salesforce MC that are currently in use. The architect will collaborate closely with the Zensar team to compile findings and prepare a comprehensive final report for the client. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its capabilities, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role is based onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, and is a contract position lasting for one month, starting on August 19th. The client will provide travel and hotel accommodations for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Assess the internal applications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Investigate and analyze the integration of Sales MC with other systems.
• Evaluate the functionalities of Salesforce MC currently in use.
• Collaborate with the Zensar team to compile analysis findings.
• Prepare a final report for the client based on the analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a focus on Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and integrations.
• Ability to analyze and assess existing systems and applications.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration with teams.
