About the position

The Salesforce Architect role at Insight Global involves overseeing the migration of data and integration of various platforms into Salesforce. The position requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Omni Studio, communities, and sites, as well as the ability to execute backend tasks and run meetings with cross-functional teams. The architect will serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that data mapping and architecture frameworks are correctly set up and executed.

Responsibilities

• Migrate data from legacy platforms into Salesforce.
• Integrate systems such as DocuSign, Esri, and JDE into Salesforce.
• Run meetings with departments and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Understand and explain data migration processes and architecture layout.
• Execute backend tasks hands-on and guide the team on best practices.
• Transform business requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in an architecture role specifically with Salesforce.
• Understanding of MuleSoft and experience with architectural aspects.
• Well-rounded understanding of software application development practices with hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with Omni Studio, API, and testing practices.
• Salesforce Certified Developer and Administrator at minimum.
• Experience in data migration and integration.
• Ability to work with vendors on best practices.
