About the position

The Salesforce Architect will lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. This role involves architecting end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including data model design, system integrations, custom development, and security considerations. The architect will also drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and maximize the value of Salesforce investments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable and extensible Salesforce solutions.
  • Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including data model design, system integrations, custom development, and security considerations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline development processes and enhance productivity.
  • Provide technical expertise and professional experience to assist the team in planning, estimation, and scheduling tasks.
  • Work with Solution Architect to define end-to-end solutions.
  • Gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into Salesforce solution requirements.
  • Contribute to leadership of the technical team working on the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Coach and establish best practices to assure quality solutions.
  • Determine process improvements and develop new processes by collaborating with the team and architects.
  • Resolve complex issues by recommending practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
  • Remain current on new technologies and evaluate recommendations with the team and architects.
  • Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with data model design, system integrations, and custom development.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and establishing best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with new technologies and ability to evaluate and recommend solutions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with artificial intelligence tools in job description generation.
  • Knowledge of additional Salesforce products and services.
