About the position

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect with extensive experience in the financial services sector to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives and enhance our client engagement strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our Salesforce implementations are not only effective but also scalable and maintainable, adhering to industry best practices. In this role, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of financial services clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical solutions. Your ability to architect scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions will be key to the success of our projects. You will also lead and mentor development teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance on Salesforce platform features, including but not limited to Flows, Permissions Rules and Sets, and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and develop and maintain technical documentation. Supporting integration efforts with other systems and applications will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that our Salesforce solutions work seamlessly within the broader technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of financial services clients.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Architecting scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions using best practices.
  • Leading and mentoring development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Providing guidance on Salesforce platform features, including but not limited to Flows, Permissions Rules and Sets, and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Supporting integration efforts with other systems and applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect in the financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, Permissions Rules and Sets, and other declarative development tools.
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions involving customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) preferred.
