About the position

The Salesforce Architect role involves providing architectural leadership and subject matter expertise to project teams, focusing on delivering complex and innovative solutions. The architect will set the architectural direction, mediate conflicts, and serve as the senior technical lead on client implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of well-architected solutions while maintaining communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise to the project team.
• Set the architectural direction and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Serve as the senior process, strategy, and architectural lead on client implementation projects.
• Conduct analysis and discovery sessions, business process design, and high-level requirements definition.
• Define project scope, integration design, and data migration planning.
• Oversee development, testing, UAT, training, and launch of solutions.
• Maintain communication with customers and internal teams to overcome challenges.
• Document client issues and administrative tasks such as agendas and trip reports.
• Identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for software design and development.
• Share best practices with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
• Provide guidance on complex workflow configuration to implementation teams.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or comparable work experience in a technology-related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience leading implementations with clients or working with product partners.
• 3-5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, and Developer Certifications are an asset.
• Ability to configure complex flows in Salesforce.
• Detailed knowledge of Salesforce Architecture, including bulk loads/data loader.
• Strong understanding of business needs and industry-specific priorities.
• Collaborative and consultative work style.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
