About the position

As a Salesforce Architect at Compunnel Inc., you will play a pivotal role in aligning business processes and automation requirements with the capabilities of Salesforce (SFDC). Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive functional architecture strategy for all SFDC rollouts, ensuring that the design is tailored for adoption. You will be tasked with designing the overall data architecture, utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud as the central repository to support Customer 360 Data Manager, which is essential for consolidating and making customer data actionable. In this role, you will review functional designs for various initiatives and lead the definition of development standards and best practices. Conducting thorough research into clients' use of Salesforce will be a key part of your responsibilities, culminating in the production of detailed reports that outline findings, recommended steps, and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions. You will also lead and advise customers on best practices for data cleansing and transforming raw data using data workflows, leveraging both on-platform and off-platform tools. This includes mapping data elements to relevant business representations and partitioning them appropriately for business groups to utilize in campaigns, automation, and analytics. Your expertise will extend to developing integration strategies that unify disparate data systems, such as sales, customer service, and marketing, to create a single source of truth across the organization. Collaboration with data stewards and architects will be essential to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity within the Data Cloud platform. You will implement AI-powered insights within Salesforce Data Cloud, enabling the organization to harness artificial intelligence for predictive analytics, trend spotting, and decision support. Real-time data processing will be a critical focus, ensuring immediate updates and availability of data across systems to facilitate timely and informed business decisions. You will customize data security frameworks to protect sensitive information, establishing rules and permissions to maintain data integrity and compliance. By empowering data-driven decision-making, you will provide stakeholders with access to comprehensive analytics and insights from integrated data sources, streamlining operational efficiency through the automation of data-related workflows and optimizing data access for various business units. Additionally, you will prepare the organization for AI-readiness by establishing robust data collection and management practices that will serve as the foundation for future AI applications and innovations. Your role will also involve designing and refining data ingestion strategies to capture and funnel data into the Data Cloud from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will develop and apply data transformation logic and formulas to cleanse, restructure, and enrich raw data into meaningful formats, creating and managing robust data models that align with the organization's analytics needs. This includes the development of custom Data Model Objects (DMOs) when standard Customer 360 models require augmentation. You will devise mapping strategies for Data Lake Objects (DLOs) to DMOs, ensuring logical and efficient data flow within the system. Establishing best practices for data governance, stewardship, and architecture within the Data Cloud environment will be crucial to maintaining high data quality and compliance standards. Finally, you will provide technical leadership in selecting and applying data management tools within the Data Cloud, facilitating the integration of third-party data and leveraging Salesforce's suite of tools for maximum impact.
