About the position

As a Salesforce Architect at Brainvire Infotech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for the development and execution of Salesforce initiatives, assisting in strategic planning, and translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions, driving continuous improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into a Salesforce roadmap.
• Work closely with business users to identify, document, and prioritize user stories and requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to reflect business priorities.
• Foster strong relationships with various teams to ensure integrated solutions.
• Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for development teams.
• Coordinate with development and testing teams to plan and execute releases.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor and analyze Salesforce performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices in Sales and Service Cloud.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Solid project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management.
• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Salesforce Administrator/Architect or Trailblazer equivalent.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with integrations such as Conga, Dialpad, Docusign, and APIs.
