About the position

The Salesforce Architect will play a crucial role in the Commercial IT team, focusing on supporting Sales and Marketing through the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This position requires a strategic mindset to evaluate and integrate Salesforce capabilities with other systems, ensuring that technology effectively meets business needs while adhering to industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Ensure architectural designs align with industry best practices and company standards.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Develop and maintain integration strategies that support business processes and data integrity.
• Provide strategic recommendations on the use of Salesforce versus other solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features to enhance business operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor for team members on Salesforce projects.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs and integration processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field required.
• 7+ years of relevant architecture experience in Salesforce, Business process, Sales & Marketing, and Commercial IT.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management.
• Proficiency in Azure and .NET.
