About the position

As a Salesforce Architect at Rev-A-Shelf, you will be responsible for the development and execution of Salesforce initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and a proven track record in project management, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives and translate them into a Salesforce roadmap aligned with company strategy.
  • Work closely with business users to identify, document, and prioritize user stories and requirements to support Salesforce initiatives.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and is aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT, to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
  • Create clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals.
  • Coordinate with development and testing teams to plan and execute releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, providing ongoing support to ensure optimal system utilization.
  • Monitor and analyze Salesforce performance metrics, gather user feedback, and proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices in Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Solid project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Agile Project Management.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including knowledge of Objects and Fields, creating and editing Reports/Dashboards, creating and editing Flows, administering Permission Sets, and Lighting Layouts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator/Architect or Trailblazer equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with integrations with Salesforce, including Conga, Dialpad, Docusign, and APIs.
