About the position
The Salesforce Architect role is a critical position focused on leveraging extensive experience in Salesforce technologies to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. The architect will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Salesforce products, particularly in Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning, while also overseeing system integrations and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
- Oversee system integrations and ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
- Provide hands-on development and administration support for Salesforce applications.
- Conduct bug fixes and system enhancements as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience using formal development methodologies such as Waterfall, JAD, or Agile.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
- Experience with Lightning Design System and Mulesoft.
- Proven experience with Salesforce development, administration, and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce standard objects including Leads, Account, Contacts, Opportunity, Products, Price book, Lead process, Sales process, and Forecasting.
