About The Position

Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity. We defend some of the world’s largest organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries and we’re just getting started. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure. As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our IT department is hiring a Salesforce Architect to join our Enterprise Applications team and help design, build, and scale a robust Salesforce ecosystem that supports our sales, partner, and revenue operations. This role is hands-on and strategic—ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through a mix of Apex development, declarative configuration, and integration architecture. You will partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions, enforce platform best practices, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems. If this sounds like you, read on. You could be the next “Nozomier”!

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits
  • Experience working in complex, integrated technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform developer, integration architecture, or system architecture)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management for Salesforce
  • Background in enterprise systems architecture

  • Design solutions using declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, formula fields, approvals) with a clicks-before-code mindset
  • Balance custom development and configuration to optimize performance and long-term supportability
  • Enforce Salesforce best practices around limits, testing, and deployment
  • Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using middleware platforms
  • Define integration patterns (event-based, API-driven, batch, near-real-time)
