About the position

Insight Global is hiring a Salesforce Architect to join our Digital Services client. This Salesforce Architect will be working with their end client by advising on strategy, road mapping, and planning for a Salesforce Service cloud implementation, go-live, and support. We are looking for a qualified Salesforce Architect who has techno-functional expertise with Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud (currently existing in end client environment), expertise with Service cloud is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to manage/correspond with offshore team is required. Candidates local to Dallas are preferred, however this role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategy, road mapping, and planning for Salesforce Service cloud implementation.
• Manage the go-live process for Salesforce implementations.
• Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications and services.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure project success.
• Utilize techno-functional expertise to enhance Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud usage.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as a Salesforce Architect.
• Techno-functional expertise with Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience advising on strategy, roadmap, and planning for Salesforce implementation, go-live, and support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage/correspond with offshore teams.
• Expertise implementing Salesforce Service Cloud.
