About the position

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions that drive business success and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce platforms, including Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud, and will play a key role in aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms, including eCommerce, marketing automation, and third-party applications.
• Oversee the customization of Salesforce applications to meet specific business requirements, including the development of custom objects, workflows, and Apex code.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of Salesforce projects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and support junior team members, providing training on Salesforce best practices and new features.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or computer science, is preferred.
• At least 7-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role, with extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud required.
• Salesforce Architect Certification and other relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, data integration techniques, and middleware solutions.
• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with other CRM and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Understanding of marketing automation tools and strategies.
