About the position
The Salesforce Architect role is a long-term position based in Denver, CO, requiring extensive experience in Salesforce development and administration. The architect will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. This role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects and methodologies, ensuring effective system integrations and bug fixes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
- Oversee system integrations and ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
- Conduct bug fixes and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications.
- Utilize formal development methodologies such as Waterfall, JAD, or Agile in project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
- Knowledge of Lightning Design System and Mulesoft.
- Proven experience with system integrations and bug fixes in Salesforce.
- Understanding of Salesforce standard objects including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price books, Lead process, Sales process, and Forecasting.
