Deloitte Digital offers services that enable client solutions using digital technologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking, Digital Strategy, Digital Content, and Digital ERP. The Digital Web team works with clients to advise, design, implement, and deploy eCommerce and Portal solutions. Our eCommerce capabilities provide transactional solutions related to online marketing, sales, and service for both Direct-To-Consumer and Business-to-Business. Our Portal capabilities provide intranet and internet solutions focused on content presentment and transaction capabilities for both internal enterprise as well as customer-facing purposes. As a Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Architect, you will leverage your digital expertise to lead and support technical teams in architecting, building, creating, and deploying unique eCommerce solutions tailored to each client. You will assist clients in defining their eCommerce requirements by leading and facilitating working sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of their current state processes and technology in the eCommerce space, as well as supporting the implementation that follows. Your role will involve leading project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely, and acting in a leadership capacity on client projects while mentoring junior staff. You will identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices, understand CloudCraze architecture (Service Layers, Logic Layers, Data Layers), data models, customizations, and extensions, and recommend best practices. Effective communication of platform capabilities and limitations to clients will be essential, as will understanding and adhering to established Salesforce/CloudCraze development standards and best practices. Additionally, you will develop integrations for Salesforce-based applications and improvements, ensuring that the solutions you architect are robust and scalable.
