About the position

Tria Federal is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst/Trainer to support the State Department FSI. This role involves planning, developing, and delivering training programs on Salesforce applications, utilizing adult learning theories and various training modalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and experience with Salesforce, focusing on client satisfaction and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and provide training programs using adult learning theory and expertise.
  • Organize and lead training sessions at federal client sites.
  • Create tutorials (live/recorded) to help end-users learn and use newly developed Salesforce applications.
  • Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Create use cases, requirement documents, requirement traceability matrices (RTM), impact analysis, workflows, and test cases.
  • Collaborate with developers to unit test and verify that solutions meet the requested business requirements.
  • Manage quality and exceed client/customer expectations in a systematic and proactive manner.
  • Work both independently and in teams under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional & curriculum design and delivery of instructional programs about enterprise software.
  • Experience delivering training in multiple modalities including instructor-led, virtual classroom, and e-learning platforms.
  • Experience with learning analysis and strategy, content design and development, content delivery, learning technology, or learning evaluation.
  • 1+ years of Salesforce.com consulting experience throughout the various stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with SCORM and Section 508 requirements.
  • Strong technical and interpersonal client-facing skills.
  • Desire to learn new technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
