About the position
The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a crucial role in liaising with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable tasks. This position involves leading the migration from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring effective planning, risk assessment, and execution of configuration, customization, and integration tasks. The role also includes data mapping, migration, and ongoing support and training for users.
Responsibilities

- Lead the migration from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Plan and assess risks associated with the migration process.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
- Manage data mapping and ensure data integrity during migration.
- Oversee data integration management and troubleshooting.
- Provide support and training to users post-migration.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certification is required.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis.
- Experience as a Scrum Master is essential.
- Proven experience in migrating from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Strong skills in data mapping, migration, and data integrity management.
- Excellent communication skills.
