About the position

The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within a private real estate development company. This hybrid position requires collaboration with stakeholders, configuration of Salesforce, and ongoing support to ensure optimal use of the system.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
  • Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement through Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including workflows, dashboards, reports, and data integration.
  • Manage and support Salesforce implementations, including system upgrades, custom development, and third-party app integrations.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and user support, including troubleshooting issues and responding to user inquiries.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for new features and system updates.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce by managing roles, profiles, and user access.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in app testing and debugging on Android and iOS devices.
  • Proven experience working with engineering and product teams to develop comprehensive test plans for mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM applications.
  • Experience using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 or Firebase Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of mobile technologies and best practices in mobile app development.
  • Excellent bug reporting skills, with the ability to provide thorough and appropriately detailed documentation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with business stakeholders and team members.
  • Availability to test mobile apps manually on-site daily at apartment communities.

  • Competitive hourly pay of $58 - 70 plus benefits.
