About the position

CrowdStrike is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join its Customer Applications team. This role involves collaborating with business and IT partners to align technology solutions with business needs, ensuring deliverables meet stakeholder expectations, and managing the Salesforce application to drive end-to-end execution. The position requires adaptability in a continuously evolving environment and focuses on optimizing systems and applications to facilitate business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive business requirements gathering sessions and prioritize requests.
  • Independently prepare process designs, develop user stories, and execute user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create enablement materials such as documentation and demo videos.
  • Utilize strong analytical and project management skills to synthesize requirements and deliver quality solutions.
  • Own functional tasks including process definition, requirements gathering, and functional design creation.
  • Create and maintain project, application, and design documents following Salesforce development best practices.
  • Generate reports that accurately represent the application's KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems, with at least 1 year of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform and best practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Certified CPQ Specialist) preferred but not required.
  • Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios.
