About the position

CrowdStrike is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join the Customer Applications team. This role involves collaborating with business and IT partners to align technology solutions with business needs, ensuring deliverables meet stakeholder expectations, and contributing to the organization's growth. The analyst will manage and enhance the Salesforce application, driving end-to-end execution and optimizing systems to facilitate business operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to drive business requirements gathering sessions and prioritize requests.
• Independently prepare process designs, develop user stories, and execute user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create enablement materials such as documentation and demo videos.
• Provide strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to synthesize requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• Own functional tasks and deliverables including process definition, requirements gathering, and functional design creation.
• Create and maintain project, application, and design documents using Salesforce development best practices.
• Generate reports that accurately represent the application's KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems, with at least 1 year of Salesforce administration experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform, ecosystem, and best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Salesforce certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Certified CPQ Specialist) preferred but not required.
• Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios.
