About the position

The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst role involves utilizing Salesforce's out-of-the-box functionality to develop technical solutions based on business requirements. The analyst will engage in user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and project management activities while collaborating with product owners and technical architects to enhance system functionalities. This position requires a proactive approach to project ownership, ensuring seamless integration of solutions with organizational goals and stakeholder consensus.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce out-of-box functionality for solutioning and testing UAT.
• Develop technical solutions based on business requirements as a Salesforce admin.
• Deploy Salesforce meta-data using Dataloader, Copado, and ChangeSet.
• Attend project workshops and brainstorm solutions with POs and technical architects.
• Own projects and ensure they work seamlessly with users, scheduling UAT sessions for approvals.
• Review and understand Salesforce release management, making recommendations for new solutions.
• Summarize project findings and implications of technology changes for project managers.
• Act as Proxy Product Owner by creating and maintaining the product backlog.
• Follow Scrum rituals and assist teams during Product Backlog refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Integrate business solutions with organizational goals while reaching consensus among stakeholders.
• Analyze tickets/bugs and make necessary administrative changes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science or related field.
• 1 year of experience in similar duties/technical capabilities using Salesforce, Dataloader, Copado, and GIT.
• Willingness to relocate to unanticipated locations across the US.
