About the position

The Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager at BraunAbility is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Salesforce implementation within the organization. This role involves collaborating with business leaders to align Salesforce initiatives with strategic goals, managing the Salesforce team, and ensuring best practices in governance and development. The position serves as the primary Salesforce expert, providing technical guidance and driving continuous improvement in Salesforce processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Salesforce aligned with company objectives.
• Manage, mentor, and guide the Salesforce team and the larger organization.
• Establish and enforce governance policies, best practices, and standards for Salesforce.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing technical guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve Salesforce processes, architecture, and functionality.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with Salesforce projects and operations.
• Assess potential vendors for Salesforce partnerships and lead contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of related work experience, including 3 years of leadership/project management, or 8 years of related work experience.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce teams and driving successful Salesforce implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governance, and integration with other systems.
• Effective people development skills with a proven ability to coach and grow project team members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to quickly learn complex business processes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Ability to balance and execute multiple initiatives.

Nice-to-haves

• Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) is highly desired.
