About the position

As a Salesforce Change Management/Delivery Lead at Accenture, you will lead Salesforce.com implementation engagements, ensuring that client expectations are met while managing project performance and risks. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to build high-performance teams and support pre-sales activities. You will be responsible for creating integrated project plans, defining business requirements, and monitoring quality management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce.com implementation engagement and provide engagement leadership.
  • Assess engagement performance, risks, issues, and impact on solution and service delivery commitments.
  • Own development of plan to review and manage client expectations throughout delivery.
  • Create an integrated project plan from individual project plans, showing high-level flow of project milestones and dependencies.
  • Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements.
  • Monitor and control the quality management process, manage expectations, conduct milestone reviews, and manage process performance.
  • Monitor all issues that affect the team, project, or program and potential risks.
  • Manage program/project's financial, resource strategy, and contingency.
  • Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
  • Build and maintain high-performance teams.
  • Support pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a Salesforce Delivery/Functional lead role, including Project Management, Business Analysis, and Technology implementation in full life-cycle Cloud/CRM engagements.
  • A minimum of 3 years functioning in a Change Management role.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams.
  • Experience supporting CMT clients and/or the CMT Industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
  • Customer-oriented with great client relationship-building skills.
  • Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions.
  • Previous experience in leading an Application Functional team or Application Integration team.
  • Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing related consulting.
  • Experience managing multi-shore projects.
  • PMP and/or other project management certification preferred.
  • Salesforce.com and other cloud platform certifications.
  • Executive-level sales support experience in consulting/professional services.
