The Salesforce Chat 2.0 (MFIAW) Developer role focuses on leveraging Salesforce's advanced AI and integration capabilities to enhance customer service experiences. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Chat 2.0 and Einstein tools.
• Integrate AI features into Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance customer interactions.
• Utilize Agent Studio and Prompt Builder for effective chat management.
• Set up and manage Omni-Channel configurations for seamless service delivery.
• Work with both structured and unstructured data to optimize system performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein tools, particularly in Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in integrating AI features into Salesforce applications.
• Experience with Experience Cloud and Omni-Channel setup.
