About the position

The Salesforce Cloud Administrator will play a crucial role in the Global BA and Platforms team of a leading company in Global Advertising and AdTech Solutions. This position focuses on translating business needs into digital processes through the effective planning, deployment, and support of Salesforce. The role requires a proactive approach to manage Salesforce configurations, projects, and user support, ensuring that the platform effectively supports business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce configuration and management, including staging and testing of new releases and customizations
• Manage current and future projects, gathering requirements, and creating technical requirement documents
• Contribute to improvements of operational business systems and processes in relation to the use of Salesforce to support business growth and efficiency
• Responsible for maintaining documentation for applications, processes, and procedures
• Develop and track performance metrics of applications and user adoption
• Work with department managers and internal teams to analyze and resolve problems associated with technical issues
• Perform incident management and response procedures to ensure all incidents are addressed appropriately
• Manages end user accounts, permissions, and access rights

Requirements

• 4+ years of admin experience with Salesforce is a MUST, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• A resourceful, motivated self-starter with the ability to complete work independently and on time
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in English
• Ability to learn new technologies to implement and support in a dynamic environment
• A proactive team-player with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Apex and/or LWC development
• Demonstrated experience administering multiple SaaS platforms
• Programming capabilities with JavaScript, SQL, and/or HTML
• Knowledge of ERP systems, NetSuite would be highly desired
