This position is responsible for Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration, configuration, and development. The primary focus is on building, enhancing, and maintaining our strategic web properties. Driving digital adoption among our users and customer base is key to our success. We are seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer with experience in Salesforce Reference Architecture (SFRA). The candidate will work closely with the product owner and a cross-functional team to design and engineer solutions that meet customer B2C Commerce requirements and deliver new commerce capabilities. The role requires providing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) technology expertise for solution design and technical implementation, which includes design, coding, unit testing, code reviews, and iterative improvements to the platform. Additionally, the candidate will maintain and document processes and procedures, ensuring a seamless hand-off to business users for utilization. The position requires working experience with designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C using Salesforce Reference Architecture (SFRA). The candidate will drive and manage the ongoing development of the Commerce Cloud tool and web properties, support the adoption and integration of Commerce Cloud into related areas of the organization, and coordinate the development of complex Salesforce products from conception to delivery. This role is crucial for optimizing profit and meeting marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. The candidate will gather data on market conditions and customer requirements to assess the appropriate implementation or management of Salesforce products, maximizing revenue and margins while aligning with corporate strategic direction. Collaboration with various functional areas such as sales, product, marketing, engineering, IT, and operations is essential to develop and implement enhancements for Salesforce products. The candidate will also develop efficient and effective processes for rapid business solutions, test and support Salesforce system configuration solutions, and have knowledge of digital commerce components such as users, catalog, pricing, inventory, and payment.
