We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Full Stack Developer to join our Adventure Sports platform, which includes renowned brands such as Fox Racing, Bell Helmets, Giro Sport Design, CamelBak, QuietKat Electric Bikes, and Blackburn. As the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Full Stack Developer, you will apply your technical expertise in SFCC to help maintain and grow our global ecommerce sites. This position is responsible for contributing to the development of the company's world-class digital experiences in a sustainable, collaborative environment. The SFCC Full Stack Developer will ensure that we nail fundamentals across our digital properties and seamlessly integrate into our operational platforms and touch points to drive best-in-class conversion, checkout, customer engagements, and scale. This role also helps introduce and drive new technologies and experiences that further define us as an industry leader and innovator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and complete full stack development tasks with limited oversight, develop using and contribute to the Fox Racing Digital Design System, and work cross-functionally to implement industry-leading user experiences across various Fox digital touch points globally. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical input on business objectives for our consumer-facing digital experiences and integrations to back-office systems and third-party providers. Supporting the full software development life cycle as a senior team member, you will develop code, review code, adhere to engineering best practices and compliance standards, administer technical tasks around testing and releasing, and provide business support. Additionally, you will optimize existing processes to gain operational efficiencies and provide guidance and learnings for internal teammates while managing tasks undertaken by external contractors.
