About the position

The Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role focuses on leveraging Salesforce B2C and B2B Commerce Cloud along with Order Management Systems (OMS) to enhance business processes. The position requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with various integrations, particularly with ERP systems. The BSA will also be involved in quality assurance processes, including manual and automated testing, and will support DevOps practices using Copado.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Order Management Systems.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Order Management Systems.
  • Set up QA frameworks and develop testing scripts using Selenium and other tools.
  • Coordinate production deployments and manage multiple release trains effectively.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce development teams to ensure successful implementations and integrations with ERP systems.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce or B2B Commerce Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Order Management and its business flows.
  • Experience with integrations involving ERP systems, particularly Oracle EBS.
  • Proficient in manual and automation testing, including QA frameworks setup and script development using Selenium.
  • Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and development teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with MABL for testing automation.
  • Familiarity with Copado for DevOps processes.
