Additionally, the candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Copado, a leading DevOps tool for Salesforce, and at least 1 year of experience working with Conga CLM, which is essential for managing contracts and agreements within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is based in various client office locations, including Austin, TX, St. Louis, MO, Bloomington, MN, Morris Plains, NJ, and Bloomfield, CT. The candidate is expected to work onsite at least 4 days a week, which emphasizes the importance of collaboration and direct engagement with the team and stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Copado and Conga CLM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Optimize Salesforce processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Utilize Copado for continuous integration and deployment of Salesforce applications.

Requirements

• Total of 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 6+ years of experience specifically in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience using Copado for Salesforce DevOps.
• 1 year of experience with Conga CLM for contract lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Ability to work onsite at client locations at least 4 days a week.
