About the position

The Salesforce CPQ Developer w/ Revenue Cloud is responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions, optimizing Revenue Cloud features, and ensuring seamless integration with billing and revenue recognition processes. This role involves collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, providing technical guidance, and conducting code reviews to maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval workflows
  • Leverage OmniStudio tools (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to create guided processes and reusable components for seamless business operations
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud features, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Configure and integrate billing solutions, revenue recognition processes, and subscription management tools
  • Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to team members for CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using tools such as MuleSoft, REST APIs, and OmniStudio
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure solutions meet quality standards and performance benchmarks
  • Create technical documentation and provide user training for implemented solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist; Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant; OmniStudio Developer or Consultant (desirable)
  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on CPQ and Revenue Cloud
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
  • Proficiency in OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures
